If you invest in real estate in the post-COVID landscape of America, you are investing in more than just a piece of residential property. Remote/hybrid work environments are becoming the norm, and being able to dedicate spaces in your home for work and leisure can be a deal-breaker for a healthy work/life balance. This trend is starting to show in real estate staging, where property staging teams are intentionally creating home offices to promote the idea of balance with space for focused work.  At Fund That Flip, we are always excited to see how our borrowers and partners in real estate investing are transforming the homes in their communities. According to an interior design trend listicle from [Buzzfeed](https://www.buzzfeed.com/rossyoder/interior-design-trends-2022), a dual-purpose room is any room in which you introduce office elements while you’re working from home.
