If you exit your dashboard, no problem—just log back in at upright.us, click your application, and you’ll pick up exactly where you left off.

What to Upload First

To accelerate our diligence,  the following items allow us to immediately kick off the longest lead-time steps early:

  • Purchase Contract (if a purchase of course)
  • Itemized Scope of Work/Budget (the more detailed, the more accurate our valuations will be!)
  • Plans & Renderings (especially for new construction or major renovations)
  • Your Preferred Title Company Contact Info (if not on the purchase agreement or a refinance)
These essential items allow our team to immediately begin our ARV valuation and budget feasibility analyses, and also order your title work—the most time-intensive steps in your approval process.
