When you need to move quickly, skip the appraisal and limit your out-of-pocket at close, Boost delivers. Designed for quick turns and low-friction deals, this product simplifies the process by allowing self-inspection draws and offering flexible origination fee structures.

  • Origination Fee: 1.5% upfront or 2.25% at payoff

  • Ideal When: You’re flipping fast, managing multiple deals, or want to reduce cash upfront

Catalyst: Preserve Cashflow Until Exit

Best for: Light rehabs where deferring interest helps preserve working capital. 

Catalyst is all about flexibility and keeping cash in your business. With deferred interest until payoff and self-managed draws, it helps you maintain cash flow during the project—especially useful when juggling multiple investments or reinvesting in growth.
