The Q4 2023 Financials are in, and we're delighted to report another quarter of outstanding performance, marking the fund's second consecutive quarter of robust annualized returns exceeding 10%.
Here are some additional key achievements from the fourth quarter of 2023:
- We successfully raised an additional $2.87 million of new equity from investors.
- The Fund increased its leveraged capital by $11.21 million.
- HRIF purchased 89 new mortgages, amounting to $24.05 million.
- We disbursed 235 construction draws to developers for home improvements, totaling $6.77 million.
- HRIF maintained a delinquency rate below 1.30% of the total active book.
- The Horizon Fund oversaw the successful repayment of 32 loans, totaling $5.83 million in principal repayment.
