This episode we speak with Ron Serraglio, our Vice President of Underwriting and Client Service. Drawing on his deep experience at JP Morgan Chase, Ron leads the front end of our underwriting and deal structuring at Fund That Flip. He is actively involved in the life of the loan, helping manage risk on construction draws, servicing and collection, with the end goal of helping our borrowers find solutions to preserve principal and maintain liquidity.
