In this episode, we speak with Michael Green, host of The Flip Factor podcast and co-owner of Quick Cash Home Buyers. Michael shares the story of how he emerged from a troubled childhood and built an impressive real estate portfolio.
Though he always had an entrepreneurial mindset, Michael acknowledges that his environment made it difficult for him to apply that drive productively. Before getting into real estate and flipping over 1,100 properties, Michael had several run-ins with the law as a young man. He states that going to prison as a teenager was one of the best things to happen to him, as there he began to seek personal development through intensive self-education.
After getting out of prison, he took his knowledge and applied it to achieving his entrepreneurial dreams, learning about real estate and successfully completing his first investment. He has since exponentially scaled his flipping business and now helps others through his Flip Factor podcast. Hear about his first flip, the unexpected challenges he faced and how he has applied his learnings to improve his future deals. Tune in:
