1. Look at previous projects of borrowers. This allows you to see other projects funded by Fund That Flip. You can see if you've invested with this borrower, how many loans they've funded and performance of those projects.
2. Filter deals. You can see all deals, only deals in which you've invested, or deals in which you haven't invested in whatever state you choose. You can also see which deals are fully funded, which are repaid, and which are open for investment.
3. See when the latest update is posted on the lender dashboard. You can now easily click and see details of the latest project update.
