Dogfooding - September 2020

Eating your own dog food, or “dogfooding,” is a term used in business in reference to a company’s willingness to use its own products in a meaningful way.  As part of Fund That Flip's commitment to transparency, I'm sharing my loan portfolio each month so you can see firsthand the “dog food” that I’m eating. In September, I invested in 6 deals on the platform and had 6 investments repay. As I mentioned last month, I've started to reach my full allocation in real estate debt which is why there was not an increase in investments this month. 

I also wanted to call out a new series we recently released which covers the investment process front-to-back. If you're new to investing, starting from the beginning will help you understand what to expect. If you've been investing with us for some time, I'd still encourage you check out the individual articles and perhaps pick up some new ideas.
