As mentioned in an [earlier post](https://learn.upright.us/real-estate-investing-blog/dogfooding-october-2020),I recently bought a house and have started renovations, causing me to re-allocate some capital to my primary residence. This is one of the things I like most about investing on our platform, I gain liquidity just about every month, which allows me to deploy elsewhere as needed.  We're in the process of securing a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) to help finance the renovations and once that's in place, expect to begin re-allocating on the platform.  My updated portfolio holdings is listed below.
