Dogfooding - December 2020

Eating your own dog food, or “dogfooding,” is a term used in business in reference to a company’s willingness to use its own products in a meaningful way.  As part of Fund That Flip's commitment to transparency, I'm sharing my loan portfolio each month so you can see first hand the “dog food” that I’m eating. In December, I made 5 new investments totaling $25,000 and had 6 investments repay totaling $23,500, resulting in a slight increase in my holdings. 

This month I'll also have my first RBNF and PFNF investments maturing. We recently released a new feature that allows investors in RBNF or PFNF to "rollover" their investment into a new investment. As you can see below, I plan on rolling over 100% of two of these investments and redeeming 50% of the other. This is a great new feature that allows investors to easily keep their money working or reallocate based on needs.
