Dogfooding - April 2021

Eating your own dog food, or “dogfooding,” is a term used in business in reference to a company’s willingness to use its own products in a meaningful way.  As part of Fund That Flip's commitment to transparency, I'm sharing my loan portfolio each month so you can see firsthand the “dog food” that I’m eating. In April, I invested in 8 deals and 1 series note offering for a total deployment of $47,000. I had 9 loans repay for a total of $38,000 for a net increase of $9,000. 

We recently lowered the minimum investment to $1,000 for both RBNF and PFNF products. This allowed me to deploy some extra capital I had sitting in my balance.
