Welcome to Investor Insights! In this ongoing series, we provide a behind-the-scenes look into how the business works, from underwriting and risk mitigation, to monthly loan performance, and beyond. You will hear from leaders within the organization who are driving day-to-day operations. We also answer your Frequently Asked Questions about investing with Fund That Flip, so that you can make better investment decisions with your hard-earned capital.

On this episode, certified financial planner and writer for Motley Fool's Millionacres, Matt Frankel joins Matt Rodak to discuss his real estate investing journey and expands on his expertise. During his conversation with our CEO, Frankel explains how he started as a math teacher, but later started to take an interest in real estate investing and house hacking, and once he discovered the Motley Fool, developed a passion for writing.

Helping to start Millionacres, Frankel estimates that he's written nearly 6,000 articles for Motley Fool since 2011. The two discuss the many forms of real estate investing; fix-and-flips, rental properties, REITs, direct lending, crowdfunding, and syndications. Frankel also recently published a review of Fund That Flip's investing platform - check it out!
